At Wheelchair-R, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a Limited Warranty starting from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

Main Frame 12 Months Coverage
Motors & Controller 12 Months Coverage
Battery 6 Months Coverage

What is NOT Covered: Damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear of consumable parts (tires, armrest pads, upholstery). Commercial or rental use is excluded.

How to Claim: Contact contact@Wheelchair-R.shop with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.
